Winemaking: traditional, with long maceration of the skins (2-3 weeks).

Ageing: 3 years and a half of ageing in oak casks, part in barriques and part in barrel, followed by a minimum ageing of six months in the bottle before the release.

Color: intense ruby with orange reflexes.

Nose: neat, ample, with notes of sweet tobacco, cocoa, liquorice, vanilla and violet.

Taste: full, harmonious with a pleasant dry finish.

Best with: pasta with truffles, red meats, wild game, seasoned cheeses. Here is an idea: try with dark choccolate!

Taste: full, harmonious, slightly dry with a “chewy” finish.

Dolcetto d’Alba DOC

Ageing: some months of maturation in steel tanks and in the bottle.

Color: deep red with purple tones.

Nose: intense, persistent, with notes of violet and fresh fruits.

Taste: dry, fruity, with a slightly bitter yet pleasantly finish

Best with: starters, pasta dishes, poultry, bagna caoda.

Color: deep red with garnet reflections

Nose: ample and fine, with notes of red fruits, black cherry, vanilla and spices

Taste: full bodied and with good persistence, tannins are delicate and well balanced with the typical acidity of Barbera

Best with: red meats, wild game and aged cheeses

Moscato d’Asti DOCG

Wine Denomination: Moscato d’Asti DOCG.

Area of production: Castagnole delle Lanze (AT), Piemonte.

Type of soil: calcareous marl.

Solar exposure: South-Est.

Altitude: 280 m.

Grape variety: 100% Moscato.

Vineyard age: 25 years.

Yield: 90 q/ha.

Number of bottles: 1000.

Alcoholic Strenght: 5 % by volume.

Winemaking: pressing of the grapes with immediate separation of the skins and cold (16oC) fermentation, in order to preserve all the aromas.

Colour: straw yellow with tinges of gold.

Nose: orange blossom, honeysuckle, almonds, ginger and fruit dominated by green grapes, citrus tones and ripe peach nuances.

Taste: from pear and apple to orange and lime with consistent appearances in the ripe, juicy peach and apricot category.

Best with: fruit-based desserts, ice creams, Christmas desserts and ideal to prepare cocktails.
